BROOKLYN SNAPS.

Yes, these posts of course are going to be picture heavy but hey i'm in New York! This was a crazy fun filled day! We went shopping- yes to American Apparel if you couldn't tell! We walked the Brooklyn Bridge- watched the sunset over Manhattan, went up Freedom Tower and about a million other things! I must admit getting pretzels is a highlight of everyday! My T-shirt is from Urban Outfitters, my dungarees are COW Vintage and my bag is my newest kanken!

A DUSTLAND FAIRYTALE OF NYC.

My New York City posts have officially started! I've really been working hard on creating films so I suppose these blogposts are a little over due! However I'm really proud and happy with the photos as memories and to share with you guys! This was the official Day 1 of exploring but Day 2 of being in the states. We visited Chelsea Market, I went to a youtube meet-up, explored central park and went shopping! I loved my outfit on this day! My hat is from Primark in Spain, My Kimono was ASOS, My top is Topshop, Shorts are Levis and Booties are River Island!

MY IN-FLIGHT ESSENTIALS.

In Flight Essentials

I am going to New York in 2 Weeks! The excitement is killing me. I feel a little immature admitting it but my favourite part before a holiday is packing! My mom used to buy me and my sister a few magazines and books and I even remember getting those little magnetic travel games- which if I saw in a shop now, i'd definatley buy some! Going on holiday is what makes me happy most. I cannot wait until I can travel the world! HOWEVER my excitement remains focused on the Big Apple and this will be the second time I've been!

1. Headphones and Chargers: Yes you can get the cheap in flight ear phones but they are terrible quality so I always take my own. You need your charger while your away regardless but don't pack it in your suitcase- you never know when you might need it. Especially in flight and in the airport.

2. Eye mask & Neck pillow: I only ever seem to be on long haul flights and comfort is key. Trying to sleep on an airplane full of people and flashing lights gets annoying so having a cute eye mask to cover up is very important. From experience, sleeping and just getting comfy in general is hard especially when you don't have a massive comfy pillow so a little neck pillow will make your flight that bit better.

3. Makeup bag: I like to call this my emergency makeup kit. It's not everything I use but it might make my face less of a monster when I step off the plane! I will also throw my Tangle Teezer in here because an 8/9 hour flight can be bad for your hair!

4. Sunglasses: What person doesn't take their sunglasses with them? Sunnies are nice to have especially after a long flight. You can pop big sunnies on and still look semi-human.

5. PASSPORT (and other vital airport documents): I think this is pretty self explanatory but it is a definite must for travelling so DONT forget it!

6. iPhone, macbook, ipad: Woah apple overload! I need my phone regardless of where i go so it is indeed thrown into my carry on. Recently I purchased the macbook pro! I think for editing blogposts and editing videos, its a must have!

7. Money: The one thing I must must must take in my carry on is money! Duty free at the airport before hand is my favourite start to any holiday- especially at the MAC counter! Also anything on board you want to purchase is a perfect excuse to grab some money out of your bag!

8. Socks & a jumper: No matter what country you are heading to airplanes can get cold! I take my favourite pair of socks with a cosy jumper just incase!

9. Sweets& a drink: I never step on an airplane without some sweets! Of course you must purchase these after security but I always take some as it really helps while taking off! Airplanes sell drinks but for mad prices so either a bottle of water or some lemonade is great to keep you refreshed on board.

10. A book: Airplanes get boring! I'm not the biggest fictional reader however i do love a good book on fashion so thrown into my bag it will keep me busy!

I hope you enjoy your holidays

NEW SEASON @ URBAN OUTFITTERS.

The new season at Urban Outfitters has to be one of my favourites. I love the colours and the 70's style is too die for!!! The first outfit is defiantly a firm favourite of mine as i think the skirt is super flattering and looks so cute with the BDG Striped top. The second outfit consists of a a-line denim skirt which is a must have for my wardrobe and a mustard patterned jumper! The jumper would look so good with my black high waisted jeans and even under dungarees and pinafores! My third outfit is a very simple a-line black skirt paired with a patterned jumper which I'm completely adoring right now. I must say a lot of these are very autumnal even though its still summer but in England it really doesn't matter! I really love the A-line shape in skirts as i think they are super flattering on me and look great with almost every style of top. Urban Outfitters, I love you x

Striped insert Tee- Topshop
A-line Denim skirt: Hidden Fashion
Socks: Swim Deep merch
Shoes: Vans (old Skool)

Hello my lovelies. About a month ago was my 'latest post'. I've been working on multiple different things but nothing felt right to put on. However, two weeks ago I got some major news that I was travelling back to New York City in August this year. I knew that going there would give me so many opportunities for my blog and to produce some amazing content. I still LOVE blogging, and creating outfits to  share with you- I'm even that prepared I've planned every single outfit for when I'm in the Big Apple! ANYWAY, on with todays post!

I went to Liverpool for the weekend to go and celebrate with my family for my second cousins wedding! We went to the night do but in  the day we took a trip to Southport which is a local beach town and the weather was simply perfect! My outfit has definitely been on the blog before but its back and I love it still. I'm representin' Swim Deep on my socks but I love them paired with my Vans.

DENIM STRIPES.

90s Denim Jacket: Rokit Vintage
Striped Ringer Tee: Urban Outfitters
Ripped Jeans: Topshop (Joni)
Shoes: Vans Old Skool
Bag: Kanken

Whenever I find my self coming to write these blog posts I feel very self centered as all the pictures are of me.... but it is an Outfit Of the Day so I have an excuse! I really love this outfit because of how casual yet 'cool' it is. I recently purchased some Black old skool Vans and im in love with them! I remember seeing Rachel Green from Friends wear them and ever since, I've fallen in love and so happy I got myself a pair. This is also a new t-shirt in which I've been eyeing up for a while. After purchasing my Topshop Ringer Tee, I've wanted all the UO ones! My trusty black jeans are something I wear everyday because they're so incredibly easy to style! I wore this outfit to Gay Pride in Birmingham! I think it's such a good thing to support this because everyone should have equal rights - (deep message in the blog today!). It was such a good atmosphere filled with many characters and colour! I have also found a new favourite drink at Starbucks and that is the Iced Americano - AMAZING! One last thing! Ever since cutting most of my hair off, I've struggled to create different hairstyles that will work on my head! I know its very simple but the French Plaits I created today- I'm rather proud of!

Hello everyone!! So if you have been following my blog for a while you might know that I had quite long hair BUT I chopped most of it off! Its not dramatically short but its a change for me and I love it! On with the blog post! I took a trip to Digbeth with my dad as we love wondering round the streets finding cool styles and amazing street art. We also went in to Birmingham itself and had a coffee which was delicious. I'm in love with my new top from Top Shop because I absolutely love and adore the ringer tee style. I originally wanted some from Urban Outfitters but when I saw this I was completely and utterly in love with the pattern and colours. My denim skirt is one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe because it can be worn so easily! I always turn to my Doc Martens in most outfits because they are so comfy and really grungify an outfit- if that is a word!

SWIM DEEP.

April 2nd 2015, I got to see my favourite indie band. Swim Deep were back in Birmingham at The Oobleck and of course I went to see them! For those of you who haven't heard of Swim Deep they are an Alternative Indie Pop band from Birmingham which is also where im from! I'm so in love with their music and a lot of my style inspiration comes from them. I must say I adore the clothes they wear! The Oobleck is located next to Alfie Birds @ The Custard Factory in Digbeth. Digbeth in itself is a pretty indie scene filled with unpopular popular bands and colourful street art. The night was incredible- considering we got front row, I held James Balmonts hand and met my favourite Bass Player Cavan McCarthy. My actual concert photos are pretty wild and full of flashing lights and an alien like scene. Austin  (lead singer) introduced the first song as a 'little bit weird' but its stuck in my head and I cannot wait for their new album! My favourite songs from the night were

King City
To My Brother
Honey
Fueiho Boogie
Red Lips I Know
